Nan Update: Good Morning from Niger

Good Morning or I should say Good Afternoon since it’s 12:30 here already:) I hope this email finds you well. Penny and I had very restless sleep last night after 3 days of travel and alot of jetlag but today after a brief session with Emily (our regional coordinator) and a walk we seem to be doing much better. Right now we’re at a compound in Niamey until the 19th for Orientation and Culture Study from there we will be moving into a house with our language instructor for 3 weeks then off to Mentorship for 4 weeks. So that’s as much of my schedule as I know, so far.
Right now Penny and my prayer is just that we learn quickly and retain everything well. Especially the language, we’ve been praying for miraculous comprehension. So please join us in that. And please remember especially these first few weeks – our health as we are getting used to the food here.
We are praying for you as well and want you to know we appreciate more than you know all your prayers and support.
Without prayer we can do nothing, so please stay faithful as we work together to spread the Word to a lost people.

All my love and appreciation,
Nan
