Salvation Army Bellringing Wrapup
We survived the cold, wind, and late flurries at Wal-Mart yesterday. Everyone had a blast ringing the bell for the Salvation Army and meeting and talking with the people as they were coming and going. I’m very proud of my daughters Jaida and Tori for helping out. I think they “cuted” some people into giving. lol
Thank you to all who sacrificed 2 hours (4 for Chuck) of their Saturday before Christmas to help a wonderful ministry here in Clarksville!

Notes for Salvation Army/Nashville Shore Outing
Good Thursday everyone!
I’m excited about our day together helping the Salvation Army and going to Nashville Shores this Saturday.
I want to remind everyone of a couple of things:
1. Swimsuits: Just like camp. Ladies, if you do not have a 1 piece please wear a T-Shirt.
2. Bring sunscreen. It is supposed to be fairly sunny and warm.
3. Bring extra money for snacks. You have already paid for a meal at Nashville Shores. There will also be lemonade and water available at our pavillion.
4. Be at the church by 9AM. We will leave around 9:15 as the Salvation Army is not expecting us until 9:30. We will return to the church around 8PM.
5. Bring a small snack for the ride from the Salvation Army to Nashville Shores.
6. If you have not completed a Medical Release Form and turned it in please make sure you have it completely filled out and notarized prior to coming to the church Saturday morning.
7. If you want to bring a camera, it is up to you to keep up with it.
Should you have further questions please do not hesitate to contact me at 206-0948.
Have a great Thursday and see you all Saturday morning!
CrossPoint Report Night
This Sunday night is the report night for CrossPoint. All campers will need to meet at the church at 5PM to get ready. Everyone needs to wear their CrossPoint T-Shirt for the service. There are already 2 speakers ready to go; we need 2-3 more. If you are willing to be a speaker contact Bro. Mark.
CrossPoint Update Part 2
Good Wednesday again everyone!
Another thought for GAME DAY this year is that we all bring our Tye-Dye T-Shirt from Last Year’s Youth VBS. I know our 6th graders don’t have one but we will make sure to get them done for you.
Also, if anyone has any facepaint for GAME DAY they could bring that would be great as well.
If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact Bro. Mark
CrossPoint Update
Good Wednesday everyone! I am excited about CrossPoint this year! It is going to be a blast.
I just want to update everyone on a couple of things.
1. Let’s all wear our Blue AMPED T-Shirts on Monday when we travel to Campbellsville. If you do not have a blue AMPED T-Shirt please contact me. They are $10.
2. I received an email from the camp just a few minutes ago with the following information:
Our parties at camp will consist of friendly competitions between guys and girls. The camp will be divided accordingly with the guys being the blue team and the girls being the red team. We wanted to let you know in order for your kids to be able to add to the fun! Have your girls bring something red to wear and have your guys bring something blue to wear for the parties each night. Another night we will be wearing our tackiest outfit (I was told in a phone call with a camp staffer just minutes ago the theme will be based on ’90′s game shows and so anything ’90′s style will fit in as well).
Finally, remember that Thursday is Game Day. Encourage the kids to wear their favorite sports uniform. None of these are things that are required, but just some options to add to the fun each night at camp.
If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact Bro. Mark.
